About the Integrated Care Partnership
The Integrated Care Partnership brings together a broad range of partners from across different sectors and is responsible for setting the strategy for health and care in Hampshire and Isle of Wight to meet local healthcare, social care and public health needs.
The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Partnership is a statutory joint committee, formed between the Integrated Care Board and the local authorities within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System.
A new way of working
The Integrated Care Partnership is more than any event or regular meeting: it describes a way of working for our partners in the system that builds strong relationships and fosters a collaborative culture. It describes the interactions and attitudes we want to take to make sure that our deep and broad partnerships shape everything that we do in our system, so that together we can understand the needs of local people and respond to them in the best possible way.
Who is involved in the Integrated Care Partnership?
The Integrated Care Partnership has brought together health and social care partners to develop new ways of working to deliver quality, joined-up care at the right time and in the right place. The partnership’s focus will be on reducing health inequalities and improving the care, health and wellbeing of the people in Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
